Hi,
Unfortunately, I want to cancel my public mobile plan (# xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and I see that the option I have available is to click on "Unsubscribed" under Manage Subscription. Is this the way to cancel my public mobile plan?
Also, it states my subscription will end on Dec 30, 2025. Does it mean I will continue to have this line until day if though I have unsubscribed? Is there any way to do it before?
Thanks,
Mohammed

Thanks, so I understand that I wont be charged from next billing cycle and my account would be suspended after 90 days if I keep it unsubscribed..
Last request, how I remove voicemail option ? I don't want any calls to this number to go to voicemail as I would be travelling.. thanks!

The Public Mobile self serve website actually shows the wrong date in some places. It will either be the end of December 29 or December 30 (depending on where you're looking) that is the last full day of service that you've already paid for.
"Unsubscribing" does not actually unsubscribe from your plan. This is a confusing choice of wording by Public Mobile. All the unsubscribe button does is disable autopay. It's actually entirely possible to continue your Public Mobile service after disabling autopay. Saying that, disabling autopay will cause your plan to fail to renew as long as there aren't enough funds in the Public Mobile account balance to complete the next renewal. After your Public Mobile account goes it suspension, it would automatically get closed after being suspended for 90 days. Porting your number out to another carrier (your Public Mobile plan can't be in suspension except for some rare exceptions) would immediately close your Public Mobile account.
