Hi,
I have been a customer since Nov 2022 and have setup my Auto-pay to get the rewards of $2 off my bill every month. But I am not getting the rewards of $2 on my bill. This is one of the reasons why I switched to Public Mobile. Can someone get back to me on this??!!

you cannot go back to the old one if you switched to new
Login to My Rewards site, do you see it showing you are getting points?

@Pamelawan you can’t unfortunately, it’s one way street they got rid of the old rewards for new customers in Jan 2022

You are on Points rewards. $ rewards have been replaced with Points after 2021

@Pamelawan That for the old rewards system did you happen to switch to the new points system by accident ?
edit you on points rewards so this does not apply
You do earn points thou check your rewards portal for points you have 15 points = $15 off bill
