Not enough data showing in settings

I just switched to public mobile on 3 of our family phones.  Purchased each 2.5 GB and it is showing only 30.8 MB

That's what/where bonus monthly recurring plan data will look like....your regular  plan data is on the bottom left side of the overview page.

I have used 'my data manager' to track and limit data usage. Its a good app to try.

@DaniP  and if you have an Android  and decide to keep  using the build-in counter to track make sure you setup the data warning and data limit correctly.  Some people forgot to change the cycle start date and the data limit kicks in (but the cycle date were messed up) and hence stopped the data.  

Personally, I would suggest you NOT to use the build-in counter with data limit enabled...unless you keep changing the cycle start date

Those 30MB must be your used so far, your total available will be after the '/' in MB. 2560 or 2548MB.

Yes, the setting on your phone is showing what your device record.  

Just make sure one thing, phone counter is record monthly while PM cycle is every 30 days.  So, you have to manually adjust the phone counter's cycle start date.

If you want to save the trouble, use some app that can do 30 days cycle automatically

@DaniP   Where did you see only showing 30.8?  was it showing 30.8/2560 on My Account  or something like this?  If so, then it just meant it used 30.8 and a lot more left

Can you provide us the screenshot if you want us to confirm?  If you login to My Account, on the Overview Tab, there is a section about My Data & Add-ons .  It is where you will see your data that you are entitled to.

Below is an example for $25 plan which has only 500Mb +500Mb monthly data.  54.032/1024 Mb means it used 54.032 Mb out of 1024 MB allocated.
