Not able to use my reward

  • Hi I’ve used up all my data before a month cycle. I have a reward points and I redeemed some on data add-ons. 
    but it’s never been put on my account to use. Why? 
    I see all my data add-ons I redeemed from my points under “my reward” how do I make it work so that I can use data.

try logging in to your account on a laptop...My Subscription and Add-ons > Add-on Useage...

@Ahlaymar   first, you don't see it, could be just a browser cache issue.  Please login My Account again using Incognito mode and see if it shows up

Also, while redeem usually happen immediately, it could take longer, when did you redeem it?

and if you see it using Incognito mode, the next thing you have to do is to reboot the phone once and it should work.  And if you are using Android, make sure you didn't setup any data limit on your phone.
