@Ahlaymar first, you don't see it, could be just a browser cache issue. Please login My Account again using Incognito mode and see if it shows up
Also, while redeem usually happen immediately, it could take longer, when did you redeem it?
and if you see it using Incognito mode, the next thing you have to do is to reboot the phone once and it should work. And if you are using Android, make sure you didn't setup any data limit on your phone.
