I transferred my number from Lucky Mobile to Public Mobile using ESIMs on my Iphone.
I used the same ESIM number used for my Lucky Mobile line when transferring the number to Public Mobile.
When activating my Public Mobile line, I am able to receive phone calls, but I cannot receive SMS.
When activating my old Lucky Mobile line on my Iphone, I DO receive the SMS messages.
I deleted the Lucky Mobile line / eSIM in my phone to see if it would fix the issue. But now I can only get my Phone line working, and not able to receive SMS messages at all.
Note that I also have a real SIM card in my Iphone with a different phone number for my work that is only configured for data plan. Even when I turn this line Off, my text messages are not working on my Public Mobile esim line for my numbered that I transfered.

@Marc28 I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request . But first you might need to contact lucky and see if they can verbally approve the transfer

Just tested my phone line again, and it goes straight to voicemail, not sure if it is Lucky Mobile of Public Mobile. Looks like it stopped working when I deleted the Lucky Mobile SIM card 1h ago.
** Outbound calls are working however **
"and you got the text from Lucky and you replied Yes? If you replied Yes, try to reboot the phone once more"
- yes did get the text and replied. But it was on the same phone and I remember having issues not receiving it and having to play with esim configs. This was 5-10 days ago.
And you are using iPhone, maybe it is the iMessage not coming? remove the phone number from the iMessage settings, reboot and put it back in the settings and test again
- I disabled iMessage in setting messages for my tests.
and you mentioned about mutliple sim, did you set Public Mobile sim as Primary?
- yes Public Mobile is my Primary.

hi @Marc28
you sure you able to receive all inbound calls? can you call from another provider to yourself and test to confirm?. Some people had experience that calling from PM to the new line worked but not from other carrier when the port was not fully done
and you got the text from Lucky and you replied Yes? If you replied Yes, try to reboot the phone once more

@Marc28 In your phone setting sim manger ensure PM esim is set to primary and “turn this line on” is toggled on and reset network settings . See if that helps if not please submit ticket with support
