Hi, I just recently joined PM and ported my number over. I tested calling out to various contacts as well as a landline to verify it’s coming from my ported over number and no issues. However whenever someone tries to call me, it goes straight to voice mail. I assume I don’t receive SMS messages either. I need assistance to fix this. Thanks

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
