Hi, I was about to leave for Tiny Mobile with the same contract for cheaper but then saw a subscription at $29 with 4G but it is only available for new subscriptions. Is there a way to change my subscription to this new one even as an existing customer or should I just go ahead a go with Tiny Mobile?

@RayRocan- If you are moving to a more expensive plan, they should be willing to do it. If it is less expensive than your current plan, then you'll need to be really lucky.

@RayRocan - You'll have to get an agent if you want a plan that is for new activations only.

The plan is for new activations only.
But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.
