How to redeem points on my PM account

Hi!

I just checked and I got some points from Public Mobile, however, I'm unsure how to redeem it.

I thought it will be automatically applied like the old way they do it, but seems like I need to do it manually.

How do you normally redeem your points?

@Thaotran1  no worries you should also get email confirmation that you have successfully redeemed $15 off your bill and if you log back into your account you will see the $15 sitting in your available funds and it will automatically be used towards your next renewal , enjoy the savings 🙂

@Thaotran1  In your account , rewards portal and browse the catalog to buy add ons or once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your phone bill

When you make a payment or purchase add-ons the option will pop up to click to use your points
