Not able to make a payment.

My phone number and data are not working. I am not sure why so. 

When I log in to My Account it said "Your service is on hold." I clicked "Pay Now and Resume service". After I click "Pay Now" It shows "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."

What's wrong with the services??? I have been using Public Mobile for 2 years, and this is the first time it happen like this.

NEED HELP ASSP!!!

When does your plan renew?  Did you possibly miss the payment date?

@Jessica_1  You may need to wait one full hour and try again incognito mode or private mode or try the new PM app instead . Also ensure your credit card hasn’t expired . And reboot the phone . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help
