Hi,
I've recently signed up with PM but when I need to confirm my identity (after entering my email and password), I do not receive the code via SMS to confirm my identity and confirm full access. I have also tried removing the sim card and rebooting the phone to no avail.
Furthermore, I also tried entering a random number on the field several times to trigger different activation methods but that didn't work either.

in this case, it is not porting related but simply account setup. But support agent can help to sort it out

I cannot receive any calls or other texts, nor I can make any outbond calls.

can you receive inbound calls or other texts (other than the confirmation text).
and can you make outbound calls?
