Tried to submit a ticket. Nothing major, just a question regarding new feature(s).
And it was a total failure!
Asked by system to verify myself; two option - by account credentials or by PIN. Nothing worked.
By credentials got this
PIN option returned this:
Yes, tried different browsers... thank you for asking/suggesting 😖
There is a third option - click on 'cannot verify' - asking bunch of questions. Last field(s) to fill are 'what was last add-on you bought'. I did not buy any, so what now??? Entered 'none' and had to enter some date just to get green check mark. Submitted - no idea if it went through; no feedback at all.
REALLY unfriendly and buggy system.

when you need to Submit a ticket
if you put it the community username and password correct is will give you a next
but if you getting a Error logging in then your put it wrong information,
you can send a private message to Customer Support Agent by Click Here link,
it's samething.

Sure it does. I tried few things and still have no idea if ticket was submitted or not. Tried just few minutes ago again.
After clicking Submit, two fields got red frame - my phone and amount paid. So what is that suppose to mean? Are they wrong?
And why there are two Submit buttons:
with lower one always greyed out?
And what is the point of having greyed out
which changes to Submit when at least 4 pieces of info are filled out?
I guess PM is cheap on QA (quality control) and never completely test new software releases...

@Meow - that does seem just wrong, doesn't it.
You tried both Community and Self Serve credentials?
Oh my, lots for PM to get figuring out.
I wonder if they tested new features in a Test Environment thoroughly before releasing these updates?

@Meow : Doesn't it say somewhere on that screen to answer some of the questions...not all. iirc
