@Blazin you are talking about your phone?
you can still use the 5G plan on a 4G phone. Make sure you phone is selected with 4G or LTE network. Your data speed might would not be 250Mbps , but will still be higher than the capped speed of the 4G speed plan of 100Mbps, maybe close to 150Mpbs

Where do you see that. I just checked and I did not find any reference to NEW account nor NEW SIM? For existing customers upgrading plans...

Hi @Blazin
the current $65 plan of 50GB is unlimited.. After 50GB used, the data will be 512Kbps

I seen the 5g plan but it says I got to start a new account to get it an new Sim card

@Blazin The 5G plans are "unlimited". it has limited data bucket on 5G, once you used up the data, you can continue using the data at throttled speed of 512kbps

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
PM does have 'unlimited' data (with reduced speed after plan limit). One of the plans is 5G/$65.
