Data Coverage in Mexico

I just purchased the 10GB $29 Canada US Mexico plan. Can someone confirm exactly what Unlimited Canada, US, and Mexico wide minutes covers. Can I make and receive calls, texts, etc. while I am in the US or Mexico, or does this just give me free calling to US and Mexico while in Canada? If I go to my account, shop Add-ons, I can add US Roaming - Talk Text. So can I make/recieve calls in the US/Mexico, or do I need purchase an add-on?

I am currently in Mexico using the $35 Can.US. Mexico plan . Data and calling is working perfectly, Public is with partner ATT very good plan

@timwood  The roaming add ons are there in our account for the those who  don’t have roaming plan like you have is all , nothing to worry about your golden with that plan to travel

I like this answer. The fact that I can purchase the US talk text add-on for my subscription made we question exactly what is my coverage. I understand that this US+Mexico coverage is something new for Public, and maybe this a left-over from prior plan offerings.

@timwood  It means you have unlimited calling and texting in all 3 countries calling to and from to use talk text and data , but data is just the 10GB once you have used it up it will just stop working for data until your next renewal or you buy data add on to tide you over until your next renewal 

adding your plan has roaming built into it so no need to buy anything extra for roaming while away

With the Canada US mexico plan,  basically you can call  and receive calls on  3 countries for free whenever you are in US, Mex and Canada.  No extra addon requireed

So, you use voice, text and data in US and Mexico like you are in Canada.
