Good day,
I have had no cellphone signal all day. I am in Vancouver, BC. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If yes, do you know why and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

I am in East Van and no issues here so contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.

If you are using an eSIM, I would go to your settings and confirm the eSIM is set as your primary. If it's not, then set it and reboot. Also, you may wish to check this link for outages in your area.

My account status shows active and I have restarted my cellphone twice hours apart, buy still no signal.
I use a eSIM. So I cannot test it on another phone.
I just sent a ticket in and hope someone at the tech support would look into it soon for me.

no signal at all? no voice and no data?
did you try reboot your phone? can you try your sim card in another phone?
and you login My Account and account status showing active?
