Good day, I have had no cellphone signal all day. I am in Vancouver, BC. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If yes, do you know why and how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

How long does it usually take to have a cellphone number transferred in to PM? Virgin Plus has transferred my number out. I am not getting any text messages or phone calls at my usual phone number though. I am worried. Thank you!

Thank you for checking with the bot! The cheaper plan does not show in my "manage subscription" : ( I may have to check with an agent directly.

I opened a "ticket" with tech support. The agents were helpful even though it took 3 days over a day and half to resolve it. If you have not, I recommend sending them a message under "Support" on the PM app. I hope your issue would be resolved soon!

Thank you for your reply! I reached out to tech support and got it resolved now. I was concerned as Virgin had confirmed they completed the transfer. Cheers
