Can login but screen goes to finish subscribing can't get into my account

I got fed up with the whole process. Since kept taking me to subscription page I subscribed to a new plan with more data for the same price. Used same email and changed password. Had to change my phone number though. Now I hope they don't get confused and charge me for both subscriptions. So frustrating no person available to call with ridiculous issues. Good luck. I had been trying since Thurs or Fri. Was our of town and needed data.

I'm having the same problem. I've private message CS Agent. Hope they can re-link my email to my account.

Have you finished your activation/subscription steps? I wonder if that is part of the reason you are stuck at that stage.

@Critter2, are you trying on the website or the PM app on your phone? If from the website try the app (or vice versa). You can also try clearing your browser's cache (deleting app data) or try a different browser. If you still can't get in you should contact a CS agent:
