November 11th and I have no phone SERVICE on the website it says my account is active. payment is supposed to come out today is that why it was cut off? I'm on a monthly subscription.

I noticed that you mentioned that the self serve site indicated that your service was still active.  For whatever reason, Public Mobile has had what a was classify an unsual high amount of instances of outdated infromation being shown in customer accounts.  Usually, this can be resolved by either using inognito/privacy/inprivate browsing mode if using a web browser, or by swiping down if using the Public Mobile smartphone app.  I'm uncertain what actually causes this other than possibly less than opitmal software programming, but this is an issue that has hampered Public Mobile for several years.

but you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas FYI and load them *611 to resume service right away also

@Aj31  auto pay sometimes fails . In that case just make manual payment to resume service . As for your PIN you can update it here

No they haven't taken the payment it should have happened at 3am. and my pin doen't work either.

@Aj31  Try rebooting the phone first if you haven’t already . Check your account for payment history as PM taken the funds out ? If not then make manual payment
