What’s going on today? Suddenly out of service, no connection with phone calls, text messages and data. I tried every troubleshooting methods already. Unable to contact CS or technical support after millions attempts for logging in. Please urgently fix this issue.

I'm not from any company so don't qoute me on this... but yesterday the entire coverage (Fido, Public,Bell, etc) seem to have some connectivity issues and I was also affected.
Not sure why but it might be the back to school day, which over-congested the network.
It was all great in the afternoon at 2 or 3 pm afterwards, but I agree that it was a stressful moment.

I have tried reboot , off aeroplane mode, remove SIM card, change SIM card to another phone
no signal at all, but my home wifi and other phones work well
what seems to be the problem ?!

use your cell to dial 611...what's the status of the account ?

What have you tried? Reboot your phone. Remove the sim and re insert. Try the sim in another phone if possible.
