Hi, I just got a new plan (new number, not a port). I got it as an E-sim while I have a physical sim from my previous provider still installed and working. However, the new public Mobile sim shows no service. Any suggestions?

Did you try removing your other provider's SIM card and also rebooting your phone? I know that you may desire to still use your old carrier's service as well as Public Mobile's service, but this is for troubleshooting purposes.
