Can’t login, app keeps looping to login page. Have not had cell service or data since switching to public. SOS

The PM app doesn’t go into a loop. It has the 4 dot wave.
Your phone is not connected to the SIM when it is on SOS.
Should be an easy fix for a CS_Agent. But It could also be your device issue so have it checked out.
