Need new request to transfer my number to PM

Hi there, I just joined PM but it seems the request to transfer my number from Freedom to PM was not completed on time and now is expired.

I called Freedom and they told me that PM needs to make the request again and then I need to call them so Freedom can authorize the transfer manually 

Can someone help me here

@Leochaco  I’ll  send you the porting team number private message to re trigger the port request for you .and get it fixed . Denver to leave the freedom SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
