i got a sms from public mobile while i was transferring my number from previous carrier saying there was a trouble transferring number because i typed in wrong imei. i think they called me this morning regarding this issue but i couldnt answer because i was in lecture. am i suppose to wait for them to call me again? or where do i need to contact them?

@junsu You shouldn’t use the IMEI just the old providers account number .will send you the porting team number to re trigger the port request and get it fixed . Sending the number private message and remember to leave old providers SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text and just give them the account number this time
