No service abroad

Can anyone help me get my phone working in Europe? I have paid for an add-on for unlimited texts internationally but am not receiving them. Bit of a problem when multi-factor authentication requires me to get confirmation codes that will only be sent to my phone.

My Public Mobile SIM is in an Android run 1 Plus phone along with a UK SIM. They work together very happily in Canada.

Try using a text app if you've tried a separate abroad SIM already. This has not failed me yet while traveling. Text me is free. Hope this helps!

@Philjones6  the unlimited text is just for sending text from Canada and not to be used when you are overseas.  

To use a carrier service overseas, you need Roaming add on, but PM ONLY provides roaming for US and not Europe

You will have to use local mobile data prepaid and VoIP app TextNow to make free calls and text
