You can go yo publicmobile.ca and make a payment by logging into “My Account”. You could also use the phone app to make a payment. Please be aware that the website and app are currently facing some issues, so it is best to try some time later.

your service is suspended and you need to manually payment to resume service?
Login to My Account using browser with Incognito mode, click Pay and Resume Services to make a manual payment
if you don't see such a button, use the following link to go to the Add Fund to account page, load enough fund for the system to renew your service:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
After you make the payment, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone and test
if for whatever reason you cannot pay using tut card on file , quick way is to get a voucher from SDM/London drug/711/Shell and then use *611 to load the voucher (no account pin required).
Or you can also buy a voucher online with a fees via muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com and then load the voucher using *611.
