just signed up for public mobile. everthing is working fine. and was working fine. except the part of the app, "my account" and "my rewards".after a few hours now says message unauthorized. can't access anything in my account or rewards. is there other people having issues with this app. or is just me. I have submitted a ticket about it. but say could take a day or longer to get back to me

yes I can access my acount thru the web. just not the app

or try to clear app cache, or uninstall and reinstall if you are on iPhone

Yeah I get that often as well. Just log out and log back in again; that should usually do it. If not go into your device settings --> Apps --> Find the PM app and clear the cache and do a force stop.
