When you are on your account. Click on the circular arrow to refresh the account page to update your current outgo calls.

when signed into the self-serve site, tap those little refresher icons to get an up-to-date version of the page
also, are you able to receive incoming calls and text in and out

maybe browser cache and you are not getting the correct minute count
Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login My Account and check again
if you really used up your minutes, you will have to buy extra minutes to continue
or you can use VoIP app to make calls as a free solution
