No response from CS_Agent

So what am I supposed to do if I sent a message to CS_Agent and haven’t gotten any response?

 

I messaged CS_Agent over a week ago, zero reply…. Nothing… it’s been 8 days. Is there anything further I can do? How else do I get support?

The issue was that I had issues during my BF activation and always not able to add a referral code to my account. When I initially contacted CS_Agent to request the referral code added, I sent all of the details requested and was told that it would take 72 hours to be reflected in our accounts. I waited 5 days to it to be added and messaged CS_Agent again for an update, it’s now been another 8 days and still no reply… so what now? Do I just not get the credit? Does the person who referred me not get the points?

any help/guidance would be appreciated!

They’re definitely responding now! Had some back and forth already with a cs_agent just in the last few minutes.  Thank you. Guess I just had to open a new ticket. Maybe the old one just got too old and fell off? I dunno… LOL

They were backed up from black friday. An agent got back to me just a little while ago about a half hour after I sent a message. Try replying to your last message sent to them.

Funny enough, I just got a reply LOL

 

Not sure which message they are replying to though, the one from 8 days ago or the one I just sent 20 mins ago. At least they’ve replied. Hopefully it’ll get resolved this time.

I thought I was just being patient and they were still having issues after the BF madness. 

Hi @JW12  if 8 days, it has been too long, yes, submit ticket by message again.

I’ve checked my inbox daily and receive email notifications when I receive a message. 

I tried replying requesting an update 8 days ago.  Guess I’ll try again…

I had the same issue and an Agent got back to me today after 2.5 weeks of waiting.

Maybe go to the message section and go to your original pm and ask where they are at with your ticket.
