Did you port over from another carrier?
If you are, did you reply to the SMS text from your old carrier with the old SIM in the phone? You have 90 minute window to reply.
If you missed this step, contact the SIMon chat button and type in create a ticket so the CSAgent to restart the process.
If not porting over, power off the phone and wait a few minutes then power back on the phone.

So all your other services are working okay?
If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port.
Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services.
Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
See helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection
Leave the OLD provider SIM card in your phone to accept the PORT via SMS/text.
If you missed this step (usually it is a 90 minute window), submit a ticket to restart the porting process, using this link:
Link to contact Customer Support Agents (CSA) for porting to Public Mobile
If you ported from a landline/voip it could take around 7 days to complete.
