Please HELP
I did an add on of 15$ for 1GB of data but I did not receive it at all.
My account is showing I have 15$ but the data is not activated

Because PM is Prepaid service the funds need to be in your account before you can buy an add-on. Once you add the funds you haven’t completed the purchase, you have just begun the purchase. Then select the add-on and you’re done.

@Louloute you have just loaded the fund and not really bought the Addon yet. Head back to Purchase Addon page and buy. It will use the fund currently sitting in your account for the transaction. Once done, reboot your phone and you should be good to go.
