I'm in Europe now, but my phone (***)***-****, SMS, text message is not working. My plan say international text free, it is always work, but now not, I can't open my email, credit card account, because they sent authentication text on my phone.
*Please help me.

@HoneyJ : I'm not sure what the timeframe cut-off point is but when you re-connect to here, the more recent texts will come through. They are in a queue. How else would you get texts when your phone is off or out of range.
Please do report back how far back you got them. The timestamps should be valid. I think we'd be interested to know. I suppose any of us regulars with multiple accounts could test that.

you will receive the texts messages once you get public mobile signal in canada
and make sure you Rebooting your phoone to receive them
This is quick and simple,
*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Hi,
I had a similar question. I am currently in Europe, so I know I won’t be getting any text messages while I’m here, but when I return to Canada, will those text messages eventually get to me, or will they just never come to my phone?

Get a free TextNow VoIP app and a free Canadian phone number so you can call back Canada for free
for credit card and financial institutions, you can call them using the TextNow and maybe you can ask them to change the 2FA back to email for you?
for email .. if you are using the same phone (assuming you have Wifi there), it shouldn't ask you for 2FA to logon isn't it? your phone already setup to logon

If you're in Europe, you can get a prepaid SIM card easily and have access to texts/calls/data while you're there. It doesn't help your Public Mobile situation, but this would atleast get you connected.

PM only offers roaming in the US. You could either purchase a local sim or use Wi-Fi apps like Textnow.

As mentioned in the first post, you are unable to use Public mobile service in Europe. Only in Canada and USA (if you purchase a 10 day USA roaming package). You will need to purchase a European SIM card to use data and telephone services in Europe. In general, European phone plans are cheaper than Canada.
This will not fix your inability to receive texts from banks. That is more problematic. Some people will use a VOIP service like Fongo.com. One work around would be having a family member purchase a PM Sim card in Canada. Do a SIM swap in your self service account. Put the new PM SIM card in a working phone here. Your phone number will be working in this phone in Canada. Once the phone receive the text, call or contact you with the code. Once you come back to Canada, put the new Sim card in your own phone. Discard the old SIM card.
Maybe others have better ideas on how to receive texts from bank while away from Canada.

@Bosun7 International text included means you can text from Canada internationally. Not you can receive text while you are not in Canada.
what you need is Europe roaming, but this does not offered by PM. PM only has roaming in USA.
You won't be able to receive 2FA text while in Europe because of this.
