No longer recieving pictures in MSS

My Sonim XP7 with Android 5.1.1 no longer can receive pictures in MSS, i updated the settings in February as instructed, but it still doesn't work.

Hello,  Thanks for the info, I missed manually inputting the  "MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca"

It is now working on my phone, Thanks Again

Android is kind of very old. Could that be an issue?
Do you use native texting app or 3rd party app?

Try this first, simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

If that does not work, you might need to make a manual APN update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or        default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
