Porting failure

My porting failed, and I don’t know how to initiate a new transfer request. Help!

@marissaberard  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number , private message . Give them a call they can re trigger the port request for you . Remember to leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
