No longer able to recieve text pictures HELP

I have a motorola g phone first generation running on 3G since 2010 all was good until about 2 months ago , when I got a text from Public saying that Public is upgrading there system and that my phone will no longer support text pictures , but yet I was just looking at there plans the 25.00 plan that runs on 3G and public clearly says in that plan that text picture is included and this is the 25.00 plan I have had for a very long time , HELP ' Thank you

your phone is now too old for MMS, the system wants device 2015 or later

But try to update your APN, make sure you update these fields

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799

But still, try click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
