Not receiving Battlenet Authentication Codes

After several attempts and confusion and switching my number between two Battlenet accounts, Now I have sorted the two account issue, I am no longer recieving authentication codes from Battlenet (on either account, or on my now only account)
I put in a ticket with them, and tried things such as clearing my messages cache, deleting the number they're sent from, checking my blocked messages, and changing APN I am still not recieving the code
Battlenet said they can't help anymore with the issue, and to contact my provider

I am recieving other messages, and authentication texts, but they're insistent that the issue is on my end. Is there some blacklist that the authenticator could have been put in, and a way to undo that?

Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

@SebastianS - If you just ported in Battlenet's 2FA Server must have a port protection - a thing most 2FA things have in place to protect your account. Also if you just ported in you may have a port issue, please check your old SIM card.

Also what plan are you on? Some Canada Only text or Incoming SMS only plans don't allow shortcodes or international numbers texting you.
