I’ve discovered that when people try to phone me on my cell they get a busy signal even though I am not using the phone. I can call out but nobody can call me. Evoelse is working properly including text messaging. How do I fix this?
If that does not work, change the Preferred network type or network mode to3G only or WCDMA only and see if it works
Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps
and do you have another phone to test the PM sim ? just to make sure it is not a device problem. Also, that can force a sim card re-provision and it could resolve the problem
Also, try the phone in another area if possible, it could be just a local network outage

No, I have not changed the number, it’s the same setup for at least 3 years. I checked the online support and tried all the standard suggestions. Restarted phone, checked service, toggled airplane mode, etc. Nothing has fixed it.

@BJZ Did you just port a number over to PM and this is the result ? If so did you respond YES to the confirmation text or miss it or this just start outta the blue
