Looking to transfer my number, it asked for my IMEI number, and then got a SMS message to saying I put in the wrong ESN/MEID number, and that someone was going to contact me... they haven’t yet.

@Pheap It’s always best to just use your old provider account number and not worry about the IMEI try the number @softech sent you . As for someone contacting you they won’t you have to engage support like this

it is safer to provide account number than IMEI
No worry. There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
