I purchased 3G plan for 2 months, no data could be used after leaving office and home where there had wifi. Then I paid for 4G 2 days ago, still no data when I went out from home.

@HL78 Do you have the correct APN settings for your phone? Here's couple of links to check for the APN:

@HL78 this happened to another user today, he got it resolved after opened ticket with PM and had them to reset on the system to clear it up
But first try a reboot and see if it works
If not, please open ticket

What plan do you have?
Do you have cellular data turned on?
