Since yesterday afternoon Apr 2 cellphone service in my area (Holland Landing in East Gwillimbury) has been having issues on both my phone and my wife's phone. We could not make phone calls and data is not working. Our neighbor on Telus also experiencing similar problem, is there an outage in the area?

@jwluo21 - It can't be the core network outage because of that Bell & Telus are down. So the RAN of the tower is down. The RAN moves the data where it needs to be - upload or download.

@jwluo21 Bell and Telus share towers in many areas so that's a possibility. You can report to Public Mobile using the chat/message icon bottom right of this page.

Yes, we had service before, only stopped working yesterday. There is a Bell outage in the area started almost at the same time as when our phones stopped working, have feeling they may be sharing common infra? I'm fairly certain this is an issue with Telus service at this point given both of our phones and neighbor's Telus phone are affected. The Telus outage link shows no active outage at the moment in my area. What's the best way to report as public mobile customer? Can I report directly Telus?

If you had service before this outage, check these sites for potential outage:

But some small outages might not be mentioned here. Ask other people in your area if they have issue with PM service.
