I sent a message to CSA regarding my wrong Add-On to be canceled and refunded to my credit but I haven’t received anything from them yet.

Thank you. You are right. I got an answer from them yesterday but I couldn’t see till you mentioned the link.

Send then a screenshot of your Available Funds and say you haven't received anything yet, that's what I did when I didn't receive mine after they said they'd refund me and not long after I seen it added.

It's unlikely that you will get a refund rather they will credit your self serve account. Here's the update regarding customer support wait times....

If you don't have a response in the morning reply to the last message you sent them in your private messages. If you still don't recieve a response within an hour or two after that send an entirely new message to them.

I've been in communication with a CS Agent 3 times over the last few hours. I use the term "Communication" loosely.

when did you send them the message?

they were slow in response yesterday and today is ok

maybe message them again tomorrow morning instead of tonight as it is a bit late now

add: and as long as you don't use the LD addon, should be ok to wait another day
