No Service.. Missing reward still....

Good morning it seems October is so far the worst month for me and other users in PMobile, now my Mom she cannot call with other phones but she can call me PM User so..... never ending story. The other issue is my rewards I have an amount of reward earn and now, I have less Rewards in my account. I have two screen prints showing the issue and nobody's is doing nothing. I hope Public Mobile correct this issues or a lot of people would start migrate to other providers. I hope as Users and Customers we can relay on this service once again.

Best to contact a moderator with any complicated issue. The other members have stated the same.

@Loree, it does sound like the complete catastrophe.  Anyway, there was an issue with rewards affecting numerous accounts a while back.  The announcement said that all affected accounts were identified and corrections made.  If your account was missed, then you need to get in touch with the moderator team for assistance.  As for your calling problems, the moderator team can look into that also.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.

Use SIMon chatbot to submit a ticket to Moderators

1. Click the green "?" on the lower right of this page

2. Type "Contact moderator"

3. Click "Account-specific question"

4. Click "No, I want a human"

5. Click "Submit a ticket"

6. Login if your username/password are not filled in.

7. Click the drop down menu (in the white area).

8. Pick the topic that fits your issue and follow the directions to submit it.

9. If none of the topics are correct click Other/Something Else until you reach the blank form.
