Hello,
I have been with Public Mobile for many years, from the old $$$back reward now supposed to be on the new point reward system. But even after years, when I click on "My Rewards", nothing show up, and hence I am missing years of rewards. What's going on ? I'd like this problem be fix ASAP and my years of missing points be awarded to me.

That did the trick. I did delete all cookies before I login, but apparently that's not good enough, but incognito worked. Thanks!

Click on My Account top right and enter your email and password. You will get a 2FA code on your phone to access your account.
If you are having issues login. Just dm a CS_Agent to help you.

BTW, I guess you missed the notice last March that all members will automatically switch from the old Legacy Rewards to the new Points Rewards.
Once you are in your account, click on Rewards tab and see if you have 15 or more points so you can redeem for a $15 credit on your next bill.

did you try using Incognito mode to access the page?
or download PM app and use it to access Rewards
last, ask PM to help. Open proper ticket. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/ brings me back to the site I screenshotted. That's the problem, can't even get in rewards site.
No, not using "old money", that's years ago.

But @hTideGnow was right on one thing, if you have been using the money you earn before change over to points, you won't get rewards. No double dip. Only new inflow of money will earn 5%

If you have an account that is active, you are receiving rewards each month at 5% of your payments. Refresh the rewards tab and try again as it tends to be blank. You have to x out from the top right and click the tab again to sign in.
Also, everyone here are fellow customers like you, so no private information should be posted. If you need to reach a customer service agent, you have to click the chatbot tab.

we are just customers like you here, please go back to your post to remove the account number. just click down arrow and Edit Message
for the points, did you login My Rewards site to confirm? The rewards is earned there and only apply to the bill when you redeem it. To login My Rewards, first login My Account, then click Rewards on the top right. Or you can use PM app, and then go to Rewards page there. Let us know what you see there. There should also be a Rewards transaction page there
And, if you have enough Funds from before (via friend referrals or Community rewards) before they change over to Public Points, then you will be using those rewards money from the old system and hence that won't earn you any rewards. Only new money coming from credit card or vouchers will earn rewards

but you login Rewards and showing 0? can you post a screenshot?
