Yesterday I added US roaming. Yesterday and Today I can not call out from the US. It says I have no US Roaming. Why? I have a receipt for US roaming.

Double check on My Account using Incognito mode to see if the addon is there. Check Payment history to confirm it was paid and used to buy the correct roaming addon-
Also on Overview page, click Usage breakdown to confirm if the addon showing there
if not, ask PM to check
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

hi @HMCS
what phone do you have? only selected phone can use VoLTE to call on LTE or 4G network, is your phone on the list or a newer generation of those on this lis?

but even your phone not on the list, try changing the network mode to 2G and connect manually to T-Mobile and it could work on the older network
and did you just get roaming voice/text or roaming bundle with data? you can use VoIP app to call using data instead.
