support usually reply within 2 to 4 hours on the same day. If you submit the ticket longer than that, please message them again

Thanks for your reply. The payment history in My account is only for one year but I need two year's. Still no response so far.

but why don't you login to My Account and download it yourself? Login My Account, click Payment History and download
but if for any reason you really need support agent to help, since you already submitted ticket check if agent replied here
