Hello, wondering how long it takes for a new customer to receive a SIM card in the mail? Apparently that's the only option nowadays instead of getting one at Walmart etc. I ordered & paid for it Dec. 29th & states 5-10 business days. I know the holidays can slow things down but it's Jan. 13th so now 11 business days & no SIM. Is it normal for things to be slow with this company? Suggestions? How do I reach a live customer service rep? TIA for your help!

Thanks for the clarification! Oops! My apologies. I see now that I need to pay more attention to the sender/intended receiver.

@Nat16 @hTideGnow He was talking to @BKNS27 not you , either way public mobile is still a great place for low cost plans despite the whole online thing and no live agents.

Thanks for your comment. No I didn't see multiple posts of such as I'm just learning how to navigate around here. A real newbie. I've always been with a cel service provider that serves it's customers with a live agent but am making the change because one needs to wait on hold for hours and I'm sick of it.

HI @BKNS27
this is not new. You are a regular here, you should have seen so many posts about ordered 3 weeks+ and still waiting

Yes it appears to be quite a process. Must be coming by a cowboy on horseback. 😆

Wow, up to 11 days for Canada Post to deliver!
I had documents from Texas to arrive in 3 days to Vancouver.

It normally takes up to 3 weeks for your SIM to arrive. The 5-10 days is referring to when your SIM is shipped out from their warehouse.

@Nat16 , I ordered my sim card in November & it took over 3 weeks to receive mine in the mail through Canada Post! Some people get theirs a lot faster but it’s definitely really frustrating when there’s no way to track it. I will order mine through Amazon next time which is faster!

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@Nat16 @Can take 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive but if you need one sooner you can always go to Telus /Koodo store if you like to reach support to find out when it was shipped and when to expect it here’s the link
