How to update payment card???

Logged in - Pasted said URL links into web page and nothing - Tried mobile and nothing - The payment section on the left side has disappeared and there is no option. I click Account and it resets to the home page and Public Mobile offers. There is no Profile page either. Please help, this UI is insanely frustrating.

It’s not working. I tried this answer on previous questions about this. When I click on my Account there is nothing but a homepage. No “profile” or “payment”. This is the issue. There’s some sort of problem with the website itself

I tried to use the link after logging in to my account. It took me to the same homepage. No left hand menu available

To update the card information, please login My Account, go to Payment > Manage Subscription > Manage Payment Method 

(or use to link to access the card update page AFTER you logged in My Account on the browser:

Or update with PM app, go to Payment > Update Card Information (Ref: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prrhSmzdaBE

After you updated your card, use this link on a browser to make a manual payment:

(When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK)

Just in case you have trouble adding the card or making the payment, , you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com).
