Is there a way to see the upcoming subscription content through the WebSite (MyAccount -> Subscriptions Addons):
Currently it only shows the price and the date:

Yeah, sounds like that.
I wish the PM could sent a simple email on the change:
Old plan: content/features of the plan
New plan: content/features of the plan with the date of renewal/activation.
Koodo doing that, Telus as well, so nothing new to reinvent.

yes, i see they put more effort on the app, too. The web My Account was a a duplicate to the app afterward, I guess it was not done well

Yes, i can see the $35 Plan, but the point is to see some information after the change. Can be done on the APP but not on the Website , which is strange.

I've contacted the PM CS about that and unfortunately the answer was:
From our side, unfortunately, we do not have the option to see the details of the new scheduled plan or when a customer schedules a plan change.
I believe there should be something in the system, but in any case wanted to see if i am missing something on the Website.

if you go back to the Change Subscription page, do you see see the $35 plan you chose? Or if you like , you can click Cancel Subscription and the $35 would show up again

Best way is to use the APP, it shows much more detail. I've had no luck on the desktop version for this info

I don't think you can. ask PM
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
