Hello,
I want to change my subscription. I found one option of 19$ in website but I cannot change it in my account. How can I change my account to that subscription? I have 27$ service right now.

@zahra1345 The only way to achieve the $19 plans is to port out from Public Mobile to another carrier and then back in as a new subscriber. Keep in mind you will lose any referrals and mins/data on your current plan. As @computergeek541 said, as a current subscriber, your only options are those available to you in your personal “change subscription” page.

Unfortuantely, you won't be able to make that change. Existing customers can only change to plans that are offered in the self serve account. Some customers will have different plans available.
