I cannot add my number to eversafw because it is used by another eversafe account. Any solution?

@Reinee , I had encountered this problem as well. It is due to the fact that Public Mobile does not auto sync the online account eversafe phone number to the one associated with the account. The only way to fix this is to submit a support ticket to have the eversafe phone number updated. I would also suggest that you pay specific attention to your community profile to make sure that it does not get altered. When I had my online account eversafe synced to the actual phone number, my community profile was replaced with someone else's community profile. I am not sure if this issue was causation or correlation.

- Try using a different email address to receive the verification code for your EverSafe ID.
- If your phone number is still linked to another EverSafe account, you will need to submit a support ticket to Public Mobile for assistance.
How to Submit a Ticket to Public Mobile:
- Go to the Public Mobile Help Center: https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help
- Click on "Chat with us" and describe your issue.
- Follow the prompts to submit a ticket to Customer Support.
- A support agent will help verify your number and resolve the issue.

Huh? Sorry, I'm not actually understanding the question. Your phone number, which is on your account, you're trying to add it to EverSafe so it will text you the 6 digit security code?

sorry @Reinee one number can only links to one EverSafe account. Usually it is set with the current phone number that has the PM service. Do you want to change to another phone number?

On PM, you can only have 1 account/1 email.
You will need to use the second email address and password to go to the second account.
Try clicking on Forgot Email and see if that helps in jogging your memory of the email and password.
If you are having issues login to the second account. You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.
