Hi All,
Initially, I had a number xxxxxxxxxxxx and then I lost the simcard then I order a new Simcard and got a new number xxxxxxxxxxxxx then I lost the Simcard again. If I want to reuse my number xxxxxxxxxxxx, what should I do?
Thanks

When you get the new SIM card, you do not want to activate a new number or plan. You will want to go to your original self service account and change the SIM card number in your settings.

P.S. I will edit out your personal information

Well first of all, you need to remove these numbers off your post. This is a public forum and we're all customers like you.
How do you keep losing so many SIM cards? Have to ask cause it sounds entertaining.
If you want to use the latest number and it's been less than 89 days, just go into your account with a new SIM card and pay it. Then you're back up and running. But if it's been over 90 days, the number is lost for good. No way to get it back.
