How to put phone/SIM as lost stolen online.

I need to put my SIM as lost/stolen… when I follow the instructions on the website it says to go to “my account” and then the “profile” tab…. There is no “profile” tab I can find.

there's a + button..push it to get options...then select Profile...scroll down to find Report Lost / Stolen Phone

use a laptop to log in to your account...then you'll see the Profile tab on the lower left side of page.
